With over a decade of experience in the vacation rental sector, Kelsey has worked with industry leaders like Airbnb, Vacasa, and sojo - a fast-growing tech startup automating vacation rental property management for nearly 40,000 properties. She has contributed to scaling Airbnb, expanding Vacasa, and supporting over $35 million in real estate sales as a licensed California Realtor. Her approach blends authenticity, curiosity, and process refinement to deliver results for homeowners and industry professionals.

In addition to her expertise in vacation rentals, Kelsey is a certified sound healer through the Complimentary Medical Association. Her love for sound began in childhood, with a deep connection to music and the way it influenced emotions. After experiencing a transformative sound bath in Sayulita, she was drawn to explore the healing properties and science of sound. Today, she incorporates energy healing into her practice, delivering calming, restorative experiences tailored to the individual energy of each session’s participants.

Kelsey’s passion for travel has taken her to over forty countries across six continents. She has lived in South Korea for two years and Vietnam for half a year, gaining a unique perspective on people, cultures, and the shared human need for community and connection. With over 5,000 hours of international community service, Kelsey brings a global mindset to her work, understanding that at our core, people everywhere seek the same things: love, stability, purpose, inspiration and peace.
